A financial answering service that never gives advice
Callers want someone who sounds like your firm, and you want nothing said that should not be. Remute books the consultation, routes existing clients and takes a message for everything else.
New call
Advisor lineHi, I would like to talk to someone about my retirement savings.
I cannot give advice myself, but I can book you with one of our advisors. Are you already a client?
No, I am new.
What it will never say
Write the limits once. They apply to every call, at any hour.
Never
- Give advice or an opinion on a product
- Quote returns, rates or prices you did not write
- Discuss balances or account details
- Promise an outcome
Always
- Say it is the firm's virtual assistant
- Offer a consultation with an advisor
- Take a name and a callback number
- Say who will call back, and when

Sample data
What advisors ask before turning it on
Does it give financial advice?
No. It tells the caller it is the firm's virtual assistant, that it cannot give advice, and arranges for an advisor to follow up.
Will it ask for account numbers or passwords?
Not unless you tell it to, and we suggest you do not. It takes a name and a callback number, and your team verifies identity when it calls back.
Can it tell a prospect from an existing client?
Yes. You write the opening question, for example whether they are already a client, and each answer sends the call down a different path.
Does it make my firm compliant?
No. Rules differ by country and by licence, and the firm stays responsible for its own. Remute gives you the controls: what it may say, what is kept and what it sends you.
