    If you want to keep it, we tell you the price before anything is charged. If you do not, you lose nothing.

Nothing here is a condition. Your free use does not depend on any of it.

  • Your honest opinion

    Two short calls (about week 2 and week 8) to hear what works and what does not.

  • A word, if you like it

    If it helps you, a few honest lines we may quote with your permission. We never ask for a positive one.

  • An introduction, if it makes sense

    If you know another business that loses calls, we would be glad if you introduced us. We never contact anyone without your introduction.

If you write a public review, say that you used Remute free of charge.

How it works

Who it is for

  • Businesses in Spain that miss calls while they work: clinics, trades and workshops, estate agencies, holiday rentals.
  • Especially if some of your customers speak English or another language.
  • Owners who can spare about 30 minutes in the first two weeks.

What to know first

  • Remute is an early product built by a very small team. It will have rough edges and we will tell you about them.
  • The assistant always says it is an AI. It can book appointments and send you a summary; it does not replace you for anything delicate, and it can hand over to a person.
  • Our Spanish phone number is live: you forward your line to it, after confirming with a code that the line is yours. A dedicated number per business is not available yet. You can test the assistant in your browser from the start.
  • We do not publish results or customer names that we have not measured or been given permission to share.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for three months. We do not ask for a card and nothing renews. Before any charge we would tell you the price and you would have to say yes.

What happens after three months?

You choose: stop with nothing to pay, or keep going once we have told you the price.

Do I have to bring other customers?

No. An introduction is something we would be glad to receive, never a condition for the free months.

What do you do with my calls and data?

We process them to run the assistant for you, as set out in the privacy policy. Our assistant tells callers at the start that it is an AI.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Cancel the forwarding with a code on your phone and tell us; we delete your assistant and data if you ask.
