An auto attendant that asks, instead of saying “press 1”
Phone menus make callers guess which number fits. Remute asks one question, understands the answer in English or Spanish, and routes the call the way you would.

AI auto attendant
How can I help?
“I need to move my appointment to Friday.”
Four menus deep, or one question
Phone trees grow a branch every time the business changes. A spoken question does not.
“What can I do for you?”
The caller says it in their own words, in English or Spanish.
Routes written in plain words
No call-flow designer. You write who handles what, the way you would brief a new hire.

- 01
Callers say what they need
No options to memorise and no wrong number pressed to get through faster.
- 02
Routing you change in a sentence
New person on billing? Edit one line instead of rebuilding a call flow.
- 03
Calls handled, not just routed
Bookings, questions and messages are dealt with on the call, not passed along.
What callers stop doing
The habits a menu teaches people.
- Pressing 0 again and again to reach a person
- Picking the wrong option to get through faster
- Listening to the whole menu twice
- Hanging up and trying a competitor
Moving off a phone menu
What is the difference between an AI auto attendant and an IVR?
A classic IVR plays a menu and waits for key presses or set words. An AI auto attendant holds a short conversation and decides where the call goes from what the caller says.
Can it still transfer calls to people?
Yes. Routes can put the call through to a number, or take a message when that person is unavailable.
Do I need a new phone system?
No. Keep your current number and forward it to Remute.
Does it work for callers who prefer a keypad?
Callers just speak. If a caller stays silent, it asks again in simple words and offers to take a message.
