What does a missed call cost you?
A free calculator for small businesses. Put in your own numbers and see, month by month, how much revenue goes to whoever picks up the phone first.
Calls per week × share missed × share that would have booked × average value, over 4.33 weeks a month. Pro price is the draft price.

That is about 40 times the price of Pro.
How the number is worked out
- 1Calls per week × share you miss = missed calls per week.
- 2Missed calls × share that would have booked = bookings lost per week.
- 3Bookings lost × average job or appointment value, over 4.33 weeks a month = revenue lost per month.
- 4It uses only what you type in. It is an estimate, not a promise of results, and nothing is stored or sent.
Questions
Where do I find my missed-call share?
Your phone provider's call log shows unanswered and rejected calls. Divide those by total incoming calls over a few weeks. If you do not track it, 20 to 30 percent is a common starting guess for a busy small business, but use your own figure when you have it.
What share of missed callers would have booked?
It depends on the trade. A caller with an urgent need, such as a burst pipe or a toothache, is far more likely to book than someone comparing prices. Start low and raise it only if you have seen it in your own enquiries.
Does the calculator store my numbers?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
Does an AI receptionist recover all of that revenue?
No. It answers the call, books or takes the details and sends you a summary, so fewer callers are lost. Some callers will still hang up or choose someone else. Try it free to see how your own calls go.
