You get an email when you reach 80% and again at 100% of the minutes in your plan, once per month each, so a busy month is never a surprise.
Call summaries and integrations
When a call ends, Remute writes up who called, why and what was agreed, and sends it where you already look: your phone, your inbox, your team chat or your own software.
After every call Remute sends the business a summary by SMS and email, flagged urgent when it cannot wait. You can also post it to Slack, Microsoft Teams or Notion, or receive signed webhooks and use the REST API from your own tools. It notifies you, the business, not the caller.
Works with
Each summary names the caller, the language of the call, the outcome and the appointment time if one was booked. A short written summary of the conversation comes with a link to the full call in your dashboard.
The email goes to your account address. The SMS goes to the phone you set for urgent calls. Slack, Teams and Notion get a message or a page for every call and appointment you switch on.
Every call and appointment becomes an event. Remute posts it, signed, to the address you give, and the REST API lets you read and edit calls, contacts and appointments. It is what you plug into Make, n8n or Webhooks by Zapier.
One click to connect
Add Remute to a Slack channel or pick a Notion database from the Integrations page and the messages start with the next call. Teams works with a link you paste from your Workflows. Send a test message to see it arrive before a real call does.
You get an email when you reach 80% and again at 100% of the minutes in your plan, once per month each, so a busy month is never a surprise.
A transferred or urgent call is marked URGENT in the SMS and gets an [Urgent] prefix in the email subject.
The labels in the email follow the language of your account, and the written summary follows the language of your business.
Events wait in an outbox. A failed webhook is tried again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours before it is marked failed.
Create keys with read or read and write access from your dashboard and revoke them any time. Each key is limited to 60 requests a minute.
Every workspace has a private .ics link. Subscribe from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and see the appointments there.

Updated
By email to your account address and by SMS to the phone you set for urgent calls. You can also post each call to Slack, Microsoft Teams or Notion, or receive it in your own software with a webhook.
No. Remute sends the summary to the business only. It does not send an SMS or email to the person who called.
Yes. Add Remute to a Slack channel or pick a Notion database with one click, or paste a link for Slack and Teams. These three are in beta, and you choose whether calls, appointments or both are sent.
Remute tries again 5 times, after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours. If all of them fail the delivery is marked failed, and an endpoint that fails ten deliveries in a row is switched off.
The Free plan has 5 minutes a month to test it in your browser, with no card. Pro costs $49 a month and starts with a 7-day trial. Real phone calls and summaries need Pro or Business.
The caller's name and number, the language of the call, the outcome, the appointment time if one was booked and a short written summary, with a link to the full call in your dashboard.
A transferred or urgent call shows URGENT in the SMS and an [Urgent] prefix in the email subject, so it stands out in a full inbox.
Yes, on Pro and Business. Create an API key to read and edit calls, contacts and appointments, and add a webhook to receive a signed event for each call and appointment. The /developers page documents both.
