Remute

Email summaries for every call

A clean summary in your inbox after each call, so you can read what happened in seconds and act on it.

What it does

When a call ends, Remute emails the summary to the business: who called, in which language, what the outcome was, the appointment if one was booked, and a link to open the full call in the app.

It goes to the email of your account. The details specific to your trade, such as a reason or an address, are collected as structured data and appear on the call record in the app.

Use cases

  • Following up

Reply from your own mail while the details are fresh, with the link to the full call one click away.

  • A paper trail

Each call leaves a dated email you can search later, without logging in to anything.

  • Replying on WhatsApp

The email carries a link that opens a WhatsApp chat with the caller. It only opens the chat; nothing is sent for you.

How to set it up

There is no setup. Summaries go to the email you signed up with.

  1. Create your Remute account. Summaries are sent to that email address.
  2. Forward your line to Remute, or use your Remute number on Pro or Business.
  3. Make a test call.
  4. Open the email and click the link to see the full call in the app.

Good to know

  • Summaries go to your account email. More recipients and channels are on the way; Slack, Teams and Notion can already post to a team channel.
  • Remute also emails you when you reach 80 % and 100 % of your minutes.
  • The email goes to the business, not to the caller.
