Beta. This integration is in beta: it is built and ships with the app, but it has not been confirmed with a real account yet.
What it does
Remute adds a page to your database for each appointment it books, with the date, the contact and the notes. Turn on calls to get a page with the summary of each call as well.
It reads the structure of the database once and then only adds pages. It never changes or deletes anything of yours.

Use cases
A lightweight CRM
Keep contacts, bookings and call notes in the Notion workspace you already use, no new system to learn.
A project or service board
Each booked job is a page you can move across a board, assign and comment on.
Reporting
Filter the database by date or status and share the view with the team.
How to connect
Use the one-click button when it is available, or paste an internal integration secret and the database link. Only owners and admins can connect Notion.
- In Remute, open Integrations and choose Notion.
- Click the one-click button, or in Notion open Settings, then Connections, then Develop or manage integrations, create an internal integration and copy its secret.
- Open your database, click the three dots, then Connections, and add your integration.
- Copy the link of the database and paste it, with the secret, in Remute.
- Choose whether calls are added as well, then use the test button.

Only adds pages
What is added
Remute only creates pages in the database you picked.
| Event | What the page has | Optional |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment booked | Date, contact, notes | Always on once connected |
| Call finished | Summary, outcome, caller's number | Turn calls on or off |
| Anything already in your database | Not changed or deleted | Remute only adds pages |

Good to know
- This integration is in beta and has not yet been confirmed with a real workspace.
- Remute reads the database structure once. If you rename its properties, reconnect to refresh it.
- Disconnecting stops new pages; the ones already added stay in Notion.
