Coming soon. This integration is not available yet. The page describes how it is meant to work once it is confirmed with a real account.
What it does
While answering, Remute asks your Outlook calendar which times are busy and never offers one of them. The caller picks from what is really free.
Appointments booked by phone, in the panel or through the API appear in your Outlook calendar within about a minute, and moving or cancelling them in Remute updates or removes the event.

Use cases
A law firm on Microsoft 365
Consultations are offered only when the lawyer's Outlook calendar is free, and each one lands as an event the lawyer already knows how to read.
A practice with a shared mailbox
Point appointments to the shared calendar and reception sees every booking without opening another tool.
A company that cannot use Google
If your organisation standardises on Microsoft, calendar booking works without adding a Google account.
How to connect
This integration is still being tested end to end, so the steps below describe how it is designed to work at launch.

- Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Accept the permissions Microsoft shows: read your busy times and create events.
- Pick the calendar appointments should go to.
- Make a test call and check that the booked time shows up in Outlook.

What is shared
Only what is needed to offer free times and create events.
| What | Direction | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Busy and free times of the chosen calendar | Outlook to Remute | So the assistant never offers a taken slot |
| New appointment: date, time, contact, notes | Remute to Outlook | So the booking appears as an event |
| Moves and cancellations made in Remute | Remute to Outlook | So the event is updated or removed |
